老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的手术配合及围术期护理

目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的手术配合及围术期护理干预的效果。方法 64例骨科行手术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用围术期护理方法 ,分析围术期护理措施的应用及效果,指导临床骨科护理实践。结果 64例患者手术过程中无一例发生术中出血等并发症。术后随访8个月~1年,2例自然衰老死亡,5例发生DVT,其余患者身体状况良好。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者在围术期全程进行相应的护理干预,能有效减少并发症的发生,使之平稳度过手术期,明显提高手术室护理质量和护理技术水平。

Operation cooperation and perioperative period nursing for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To explore the intervention effect of operation cooperation and perioperative period nursing for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods There were 64 cases of elderly patients with intertrochantedc＇fracture undergone orthopedic operation and received perioperative period nursing. The application and effect of perioperative period nursing were analyzed, in order to provide advice for clinical orthopedic nursing. Results No intraoperative bleeding and other complications occurred during the operation for the 64 cases. The follow-up lasted from 8 months to 1 year, and it showed that there were 2 natural death cases and 5 deep vein thrombosis （DVT） cases, and the other patients were all healthy. Conclusion The intervention of perioperative period nursing for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can reduce occurrence of complications and help patients go easily through the operation period, and the nursing method can also improve the nursing quality and technique level in operation room.
