电恒温箱加热对比剂在MSCT增强中应用价值

目的：探讨使用电恒温箱加热对比剂在多层螺旋CT（MSCT）增强中的应用价值。方法2680例进行MSCT增强的患者随机分为实验组（n=1420）和对照组（n=1260），将对比剂（优维显300和优维显370）放入电恒温箱加热至37℃后进行MSCT增强，观察两组患者不良事件的发生率。结果注射优维显300时，实验组和对照组的不良事件差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；注射优维显370时，实验组的不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论使用电恒温箱加热优维显370至37℃时，能明显降低不良事件的发生率，值得临床大力推广。

Application value of heating contrast agency with electronic incubator in contrast MSCT

Objective To investigate the application value of heating contrast agency with electronic incubator in contrast multi-spiral CT （MSCT）.Methods A total of 2680 patients with contrast MSCT were randomly divided into experimental group （n=1420） and control group （n=1260）. The contrast agency （ultravist 300 mg iodine/ml and 370 mg iodine/ml） in experimental group were heated in electronic incubator to 37℃ before injection. The incidence of adverse events in both groups was observed.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups when ultravist 300 mg iodine/ml were injected （P〉0.05）. The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group when ultravist 370 mg iodine/ml were injected （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of adverse events significantly reduced when ultravist 370 mg iodine/ml was heated to 37℃ with electronic incubator before injection in contrast MSCT, and that is worth being clinical promotion.
