| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合微卡化疗方案治疗耐多药肺结核疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的120例耐多药肺结核患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组临床症状的改善情况和细菌学转阴情况均明显优于对照组,P〈0.05,观察组X线检查结核病灶吸收的总有效率和空洞闭合的总有效率均明显优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论左氧氟沙星联合微卡化疗方案治疗耐多药肺结核临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The Treatment Comprehend of Curing Drug Fast Pulmonary Tuberculosis by Levofloxacin and Microcalorie Chems Method |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the treatment of curing drug fast pulmonary tuberculosis by levofloxacin and microcalorie chems method.Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 120 cases drug fast pulmonary tuberculosis patients,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.Results The clinical symptom improved and bacteriology darkening of detection group were better than control group,P〈0.05,the total effective rate of tuberculose focus resorption and cavity closed by X ray of detection group were better than control group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The treatment comprehend of curing drug fast pulmonary tuberculosis by levofloxacin and microcalorie chems method,which was good,which was to be used. |
