我院门诊药房开展药物咨询服务分析

目的：促进合理用药,提高药物咨询服务质量。方法：收集我院门诊药物咨询记录,对咨询药物类型和咨询内容进行分析。结果：患者对心脑血管系统用药咨询的例数最多,其次为抗菌药物及中枢神经系统用药;咨询内容主要是药物的用法与用量、不良反应、作用与用途等。结论：开展药物咨询服务,有利于提高药师专业水平和咨询服务质量,促进合理用药。

Analysis on Drug Counseling Service in the Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital
