Joint Intervention Method of Treatment for Acute Artery Embolization in Lower Limbs

Objective To investigate the thrombectomy by surgery joint intervention method of the treatment for acute artery embolization in lower limbs. Methods 38 case（39 lower limbs） with acute artery embolization of lower limb or merge hardening of the arteries in patients of thrombectomy by surgery joint intervention method of the treatment downward DSA joint clinical data and follow-up results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among these patients, 37 cases （38 lower limbs） were cured, 38 case of follow-up patients of 10 to 21 months were angiography, 1 cases were artery embolization after three months. 2 cases were artery embolization after three-six months. 1 cases were artery embolization after twelve months. Coclusion Thethrombectomy by surgery joint intervention method of the treatment for acute artery embolization in lower limbs help improve the success rate of lower limb artery blood supply reconstruction.This method is satisfactory, Most of the patients tolerated.
