宫颈糜烂面积测算的两种方法比较

目的 了解目测法与电子阴道镜计算宫颈糜烂面积的两种方法的差异。方法 选择80例单纯型宫颈糜烂的妇女，在宫颈部位涂3％醋酸后数秒内通过目测法与电子阴道镜采集图像由自带计算机系统精确计算糜烂面积。结果 目测法与电子阴道镜计算宫颈糜烂面积的两种方法比较差异无显著性。结论 在条件不允许时，可通过对宫颈涂3％醋酸后目测法代替电子阴道镜精确计算宫颈糜烂面积。宫颈糜烂是妇产科临床工作中很常见的一种宫颈病理改变，国外称之为宫颈柱状上皮异位（cervical ectopy／ectropion）。临床上判断宫颈糜烂面积大小主要根据视诊得出；但在科研工作中，应有更精确更标准的诊断方法。国外有使用计算机对电子阴道镜下获得的图像进行精确计算宫颈糜烂面积的报道，国内未见有类似报道。本研究即通过对涂醋酸后目测宫颈糜烂面积及电子数码阴道镜精确计算宫颈糜烂面积两种方法进行比较如下。

The comparison of two methods for assessing area at cervical ectopy

Objective Two methods for assessing area of cervical ectopy were compared. Methods Eighty women with simple - form cervical ectopy were recruited. After application of 3 % acetic acid to the cervix, the area of ectopy was quantified by directly visual assessment and by the colposcope with computerized planimetry. Results These two methods had no significant difference. Conclusions If time and resource are limited and the hospital has no colposcope, doctors can assessed area of ervical ectopy by directing visual assessment after application of 5% acetic acid to cervix.
