小切口小梁切除术的临床观察

目的：探讨不打开结膜囊的小切口小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的效果。方法：对46例（64眼）行上述手术的原发性青光眼患者的眼压，视力，滤过泡及手术并发症进行回顾性总结。结果：追踪观察末期（平均16个月），43例（93．47％）患者的眼压控制在正常范围，平均眼压为17．30mmHg(2.31kPa)，没有发生明显的手术并发症。

A clinical investigation on small-incision trabeculectomy

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of small-incision trabeculectomy without Tenon's cyst incision for the patients with primary glaucoma. Methods: On 46 cases (64 eyes) of primary glaucoma, small incision trabeculectomy was randomly performed. The results of postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity, filtering bleb and operative complications were retrospectively summarized. Results: The IOP of 43 cases (93.47%) was controlled at normal range when the follow-up (mean, 16 months) was finished, and the mean IOP was 17.30mmHg (2.31KPa). No severe operative complications occurred. Conclusions: Small-incision trabeculectomy has some advantages: simple and convenient operating technique, less operative complications. The middle-term effectiveness of small-inclusion trabeculectomy appears better than that of the classical trabeculectomy
