泌尿系感染病原菌的耐药性监测

摘    要:目的:探讨泌尿系感染的临床分离株及耐药情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法:采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)对临床分离株进行药敏试验,以CLSI2008 M100-S18相关标准判断。结果:共分离到165株病原菌,包括革兰阴性杆菌95株,占分离菌株的57.58%;革兰阳性球菌43株,革兰阳性杆菌6株,真菌21株。结论:临床应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗菌药物,以减少耐药性的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical separation stub and drug resistance of urinary infection,to provide a basis for the rational use of drugs.Methods:The disk diffusion method(KB method) of the drug susceptibility testing of clinical isolates was used and judged with CLSI2008 M100-S18 relevant standards.Results:165 strains of pathogens were isolated including 95 G^-bacteria,accounted for 43.03%;G^+ cocci 43 strains,gram-positive bacilus 6 strains,21 strains of fungi.Conclusion:Clinical results of drug sensitivity test should be based on selection of antibiotics to reduce the incidence of drug resistance.
