降脂减肥等七类中成药非法添加西药情况研究

目的分析我所近五年抽验的各类中成药中非法添加西药的检出情况及变化趋势,从而为中成药非法添加的监管提供参考。方法统计并分析了山东省食品药品检验所2006～2010年七类中成药中非法添加西药的检验情况,阐述近年来中成药非法添加西药的特点,并对非法添加的监管提出了建议。结果与结论补肾壮阳类及降脂减肥类中成药中非法添加西药情况日益严重,降糖类中药中非法添加西药的检出率逐年降低,标示为偏远省份生产的中成药的非法添加情况较为严重。应加强对标示为青海、西藏等偏远省份制药企业生产的中成药,尤其是补肾壮阳类及降脂减肥类中成药非法添加西药的监督抽验。

Study on illegal addition of western medicine to seven kinds of Chinese formulated products

Objective To analyze the detection of western medicine illegally added in the Chinese formulated products sampling by Shandong Institute for Food and Drug Control(SDIFDC)in recent 5 years and find the changing trend,so as to provide reference for the supervision of the illegally addition to Chinese formulated products.Methods The detections of western medicine illegally added in seven kind of Chinese formulated products sampled by SDIFDC were analyzed between 2006 and 2010.To explain the characters of addition of western medicine to the Chinese formulated products and propose suggestions on the supervision of illegal addition.Results and Conclusion The illegal addition of western medicine to kidney tonifying and lipid lowering Chinese formulated products had increased seriously,but the addition to sugar-reducing Chinese formulated products had decreased year by year.The illegal addition was serious in those Chinese formulated products labeled as the production of remote provinces.The supervision and sampling test should be strengthened towards the Chinese formulated products produced by pharmaceutical firms of remote provinces like Qinghai and Xizang,especially towards the addition to kidney tonifying and lipid lowering Chinese formulated products.
