| 摘 要： | 本项研究观察了常山总碱对大白鼠离体肠及离体子宫平滑肌的影响,实验结果表明常山总碱能抑制离体肠平滑肌的自发性收缩及乙酰胆碱引起的收缩;对非妊娠子宫、妊娠早期子宫的自发性收缩以及缩宫素诱发妊娠子宫的收缩,均呈现显著舒张作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of total dicliroine on isolated smooth muscles of rat's both intestine and uterus were studied. The result showed that both idiocontraction and contraction induced by acetylcholine of intestine could be inhibited by total dich-roine. It could also dilate the contraction of non-pregnant uterus, the idiocontraction of early pregnant uterus, and the contraction of pregnant uterus induced by oxy-tocin. |
