分期综合治疗186例周围性面瘫的临床报道

目的寻求针灸治疗本病的最佳时机及最佳治疗方案,同时结合定位诊断,预测本病的转归。方法对186例周围性面瘫患者分期综合治疗,并设治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用急性期针药结合,恢复期尽早运用电针;对照1组急性期单用西药,恢复期治疗同治疗组;对照2组急性期单用针刺,恢复期不用电针。结论:治疗组较对照1组和对照2组疗效好、疗程短(P<0.05);对照1组和对照2组的疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。提示急性期针刺患侧面部,不但可行且有效,故对周围性面瘫应尽早针灸介入治疗;另外不同治疗方法组合对针刺效应产生不同影响,其中以急性期针药结合,恢复期尽早运用电针的综合治疗方法疗效最好,是最优化组合。 

Clinical Report on Comprehensive Treatment of 186 Cases of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

OBJECTIVE To search for the optimal time and method for the acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and predict its prognosis.METHOD One hundred and eighty-six patients were divided into a treatment group and two control groups.In the treatment group,both acupuncture and drugs were used,with electrical needles used during the recovery phase;in the control group one,western medicine was used in both the acute phase and the recovery phase;in the control group two,acupuncture alone was used during the acute phase and no electrical needles were used during the recovery phase.CONCLUSION The therapeutic effect obtained in the treatment group was better than the control groups with shorter duration of treatment(P<0.05),and no marked differences were found between the two control groups(P>0.05).This suggests that during the acute phase it is effective to apply acupuncture on the diseased side of the face.Different methods have different kinds of effect,and the optimal method is to use both acupuncture and drugs during the acute phase use electric needles as soon as possible during the recovery phase.
