复方丹参滴丸联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的治疗效果.方法:130例门诊偏头痛病人,随机分治疗组67例,对照组63例.治疗组用复方丹参滴丸10粒,每天3次口服,尼莫地平20毫克,每天2次口服,疗程均30天.对照组:尼莫地平20毫克,每天2次口服,疗程30天.结果:治疗组显效26例,占38.81%;有效38例,占56.72%;无效3例,占4.47%;总有效率95.53%.对照组显效17例,占26.98%;有效24例,占34.92%,无效22例,占38.10%,总有效率61.90%.两组对照差异有非常显著性.(P＜0.05、P＜0.01)两组不良反应无显著差异,(P＜0.05)结论:复方丹参滴丸联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛,疗效好,无明显不良反应.

Observation on the effect of treating migraine by combining compound Dansen dropping pill and nimodipine

Objective To observe the effect of treating migraine by combining compound Danshen dropping pills and nimodipine.Methods 130 outpatients suffered from migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group,67 cases and control group,63 cases.Both compound Danshen dropping pills and nimodiping were used in treatment group,compound Danshen dropping pills 10 pills tid,nimodiping 20mg bid.Only nimodiping was used in control group.The course of each group covered 30 days.Results The total effect ratio of treatment group was 95.53 %,while 61.90% in control group.There was significant statistic difference(P<0.01)between two groups.Conclusion The therapy of combining compound Danshen dropping pills and nimodipine has good effects in migraine treatment without any side effects.
