| 摘 要： | 本文应用胸腺因子D加化疗药物治疗复治肺结核30例,并以单纯化疗药物治疗组25例作对照,以观察胸腺因子D对肺结核病人免疫功能的影响及辅助治疗的疗效。结果显示,胸腺因子D加化疗组治疗3个月后,OKT＋3、OKT＋4、OKT＋8细胞百分率。T＋4／T＋8及NK细胞活性均显著升高,各种免疫球蛋白水平也趋于恢复,与单纯化疗组相比有显著性差异(P＜0．01～0．05)。痰菌阴转率(59．3％)也明显高于对照组(44．0％)。提示胸腺因子D辅助治疗肺结核在提高细胞免疫功能方面有一定价值。

| Abstract: | We collected 30 cases of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis treated with Thymic Factor D and chemotherapy as treatment group and 25 cases created only with chemotherapy as controls, to observe influence of Thymic Factor D on immune function and the effect in immune combined therapy, The results indicated that in the treatment group, the per-centape of OKT 3. OKT 4. OKT 8 and activity of Natural killer cells was greatly elevated and immunnoglobin levels became normal after three months of treatment, These had apparent difference with the controls ( P< 0. 01 - 0. 05), Sputum nega-tive in treatment group (59. 3%) were higher than that in the controls (44. 0%). It indicated that was of value to treatment of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis at the aspect of improving cellular immune function. |
