内蒙古蒙古族、汉族青年人眼部特征研究

目的：丰富我国人群眼部特征资料．方法：调查了582例内蒙古地区蒙古族、汉族青年内眦楣、上眼睑皱褶、眼裂倾斜度，对调查的资料进行了性别间、民族间、地区间（内蒙古东部区与西部区）比较。结果：（1）蒙古族与汉族内眦褶、上眼睑结果皱褶、眼外角高出现率无显著性差异．（2）蒙古族、汉族内眦假、上眼睑皱楣出现率无性别间盖异，眼外角高出现率则均为女性高于男性．（3）汉族东部区女性上眼睑皱褶出现率明显低于西部区女性．（4）蒙古族、汉族眼外角高出现率低于傣族、布朗族、基诺族．结论：内蒙古蒙古族、汉族青年内眦楣出现率高，上眼睑皱假出现率较高，眼裂倾斜度多为眼外角高于眼内角，具有我国北方人群共同的眼部特征．

THE STUDY ON CHARACTERISTICS OF EYES AMONG MONGOL NATIONALITY AND HAN NATIONALITY YOUNG PEOPLE IN AREAS OF INNER MONGOLIA

Objective: To collect and enrich the data of eye characteristics of China population.Methods: The characteristics of eyes in 582 cases of Mongol nationality and Han nationality young people were investigated in Inner Mongolia areas regarding such items as the epicanthal folds,the eye folds of upper eyelids and the direction of eyelids.Comparisons was also made between sexes,nationality,areas(the eastern and western areas in Inner Mongolia) and the Mongol and Han nationalities,as well as the comparison between relevant data of Inner Mongolia with those of some other nationalities in our country.Results: The results showed that(1)There was no significant difference between Han and Mongol nationalities in the frequencies of the epicanthal folds,the eye folds of upper eyelids and the direction of eyelids.(2)There was also no significant difference in the frequencies of the epicanthal folds and the eye folds of upper eyelids between males and females in both Han and Mongol nationalities,while the frequencies of the direction of eyelids in females are higher than in males.(3)The frequencies of the eye folds of upper eyelids among Han nationality females in the eastern areas are lower than in those of the females in western areas.(4)The frequencies of the direction of eyelids in Han and Mongol nationalies are lower than those in Dai nationality,Bulang nationality and Jinuo nationality.Conclusion: The frequencies of epicanthal folds and the eyefolds of upper eyelids are higher in Mongol nationality and Han nationality.Their lateral eye angle are higher than medial eye angle,which share the common eye characteristics with the northern population in China.
