小儿漏斗胸手术治疗

目的 探讨小儿漏斗胸治疗经验.方法 应用胸骨翻转术治疗5例,其中伴有肺囊肿、房间隔缺损各1例;胸骨上举术33例.结果 除合并1例肺炎、1例气胸外,其余病例矫形满意.结论 小儿漏斗胸应在2岁后尽早手术,对漏斗胸无伴存疾病小儿胸骨上举术可取得良好的矫形效果;伴存相对简单易处理的疾病可一期手术,效果满意.

Surgical treatment of funnel chest in children

Objective To explore the surgical experience of funnel chest in children. Methods Five patients underwent modified with sternoturnover and thirty-three sternum elevation, in which, one complicated with congenital pulmonary cyst and another with arterial septal defect. Results Except one case associated pneumonia and another of pneumothorax, satisfactory orthopedic effects were acquired other cases. Conclusion Children with funnel chest should be surgery as early as possible after they are two years old. When funnel chest without correlated diseases in children, sternum elevation can achieve a excellent orthopedic effect, when complicated with other simple diseases, may homoehronous treatment together with sternum elevation, can also obtain satisfactory effect.
