| Abstract: | Conventional surgery for revision of right ventricular outflow tract conduits is complex and demanding. Percutaneous implantation of pulmonary valves may not be feasible in all cases. We describe a safe, alternative hybrid transapical approach from the right ventricle that avoids the extensive dissection and potential complications of revision surgery. |
