老年高血压颈动脉硬化左室重构与中医证型关系的研究

研究老年高血压颈动脉硬化左室构型与中医证型血瘀、痰瘀互结关系。将112例高血压诊为血瘀、痰瘀患者以超声检测颈动脉中层内膜厚度(IMT)、心脏结构并计算左心室质量(LVM)、左心室质量指数(LV-M I)、相对室壁厚度(RWT),分析老年高血压颈动脉硬化及左室不同构型与血瘀、痰瘀证关系。结果痰瘀组颈动脉IMT较血瘀组明显,痰瘀组左室构型以向心性肥厚、离心性肥厚为著。说明老年高血压颈动脉硬化左室构型改变以痰瘀互结证为重。

Study on Correlation between TCM Differentiation and Left Ventricular Reconstitution of Carotid Arterial Atherosclerosis in Aged Patients with Essential Hypertension

To explore the correlation between blood stasis, phlegm-stasis of TCM differentiation and the left ventricular configuration of carotid arterial atherosclerosis in aged patients with essential hypertension.112 cases were divided into blood stasis group and phlegm-stasis group.The intimal media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery,the cardiac structures,the left ventricle mass(LVM),the left ventricle mass index(LVMI),and relative left wall thickness(RWT) were computed by colour echocardiography for studying the correlation between blood stasis,phlegm-stasis and the change the left ventricular configuration.The results showed that the IMT of phlegm-stasis group is higher than that of blood stasis group,concentric hypertrophy and eccentric hypertrophy more happened in phlegm-stasis group.Conclusion: Phlegm-stasis syndrome occupied a dominant position in the changes of the left ventricular configuration of carotid arterial atherosclerosis in aged patients with essential hypertension.
