| Abstract: | A case of pneumonitis developing during the course of gold therapyin a patient suffering from rheumatoid arthritis is reported.The lung complication was of sudden onset and only improvedafter withdrawal of gold and initiation of steroid therapy.We suggest gold therapy may be associated with pulmonary complicationsof rheumatoid arthritis. |
