| 摘 要： | 目的:制定骨宝昕肾片质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别大豆、淫羊藿,高效液相色谱法测定染料木素、淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:薄层斑点清晰,重现性好,染料木素的平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.9%;淫羊藿苷的平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.0%。结论:方法简便,准确,可供该品质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Gubaoxinshen Tablets.Method: Soy bean,and epimedium herb were identified by TLC,and the content of genistein and icarrin were determined by HPLC.Result: The developed TLC sports were was fairly clear,the HPLC method showed good repeatability.The average recovery of genistein was 98.9% with RSD 0.9%,and the average recovery of icarrin the was 98.0% with RSD 1.0%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and can becauseofon control quality of Gubaoxinshen Tablets. |
