112例癫痫儿童的剥夺睡眠--自然睡眠脑电图分析

摘    要:目的:探讨剥夺睡眠加自然睡眠诱发脑电图(EEG)在癫痫诊断中的价值,为进一步明确癫痫的治疗方案提供可靠的依据。方法:对我院1996年以来4a间收治的112例疑诊为癫痫的患儿行EEG剥夺睡眠加自然睡眠衣发试验检查。结果:112例中剥夺睡眠诱发出病灶放电75例(67%),自然睡眠诱发出痫性放电91例(81.3%)。结论:两种诱发试验,特别是自然睡眠中的EEG,再加上与剥夺睡眠的有机结合,对提高痫样波的检出率和进一步明确癫痫发作类型有重要意义。

Abstract:Objectives: To explore the clinical values of the EEG induced by the deprived sleeping and natural sleeping in the diagnosis of epilepsy and to guide the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. Methods: The EEGs induced by deprived sleeping and natural sleeping in 112 epilepsy children were detected. The data of 112 epilepsy patients are from 1996 to 2000. Results: Of 112 epilepsy, the epileptic discharge from deprived sleeping and that from natural sleeping are 67% (75) and 81. 3% (91) respective- ly. Conclusions: The EEG induced by both of deprived sleeping and natural sleeping is of great importance in diagnosing epilepsy and differentiating its types.
