集约化管理在内镜中心护理管理中的实践与探索

目的:将集约化管理应用于内镜中心护理管理中,以寻求更适应科室发展的管理模式。方法:选择2013年1~6月我院内镜中心就诊患者500例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予内镜中心传统模式管理,观察组给予集约化管理,采用问卷调查的方式,比较两组患者对内镜中心护理人员服务态度、治疗环境及两种不同管理模式下的患者满意情况。结果:观察组患者对各项指标的评分及满意情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:集约化管理的应用更有利于内镜中心的健康发展。

Exploration and practice of intensive management in nursing administration of endoscopy center

Objective： To search better management mode for development of department,the application of intensive management in nursing administration of endoscopy center was studied. Methods： By questionnaire survey to 500 patients who were under treatment in traditional management（ control group） and intensive management mode（ observation group）,the service attitude and work efficiency of medical staff as well as the layout and environment of nursing administration were investigated. And patients were asked for giving scores for these factors in different management mode. Ranking and satisfaction ware calculated. Results： The result showed that patients who were under treatment in intensive management gave better scores to tree factors and displayed more satisfaction than that in the traditional management mode（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Intensive management was well received by patients and promoted the healthy development of endoscopy center.
