运动康复训练对老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及预后的影响

目的:探讨运动康复训练对老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及预后的影响。方法:选取我院2010年6月~2013年3月收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者90例,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予慢性心力衰竭常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予运动康复训练,比较两组各检测指标的变化。结果:出院6个月后,试验组患者左室射血分数、A峰E峰流速比值高于治疗前和对照组,左室舒张末径、左房内径、心胸比低于治疗前和对照组;试验组治疗后6 min步行距离长于对照组,生活质量评分和再住院率均低于对照组,以上结果经比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:运动康复训练方便易行、安全可靠、经济适用,可以改善老年心力衰竭患者的心功能和预后,降低再住院率,达到了早期康复、恢复劳动能力、提高生活质量的目的,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Effects of exercise training on cardiac function and prognosis in old coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure

Objective： To investigate the effect of exercise training on cardiac function and prognosis in old coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： Selected 90 patients with chronic heart failure with coronary heart disease in our hospital from June 2010- March 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional treatment,the experimental group received rehabilitation training in additional. Compared two groups of indexes. Results： 6 months after discharge,LEVF,E /A in the experimental group were higher than those before treatment and the control group,while LVEDD,LAD,cardiothoracic ratio,NYHA grade were lower than those before treatment and the control group. 6 min walking distance was longer than control group,QOL score and rehospitalization rate were lower than that of the control group. The above results showed significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The heart function and prognosis of rehabilitation training can improve the elderly patients with heart failure CHF,decrease rehospitalization rate,and improve the quality of life.
