| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血尿酸检测结果在老年高血压病患者中的临床意义。方法选取我院2009年5月-2010年10月收治的80例老年高血压病患者作为观察组,另取80例健康老年人为健康对照组,对2组人员采取尿酸酶测定的实验方法,进行血尿酸检测。结果观察组患者的血尿酸值明显高于健康对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者中伴有并发症者的血尿酸值明显高于无并发症者,且二者比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血尿酸检测可作为老年高血压患者并发症及病情确诊的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum uric acid detection in elderly hypertensive patients. Method 80 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure received in our hospital from May 2009 to October 2010 were selected as the observation group and 80 cases of healthy elderly people were in the con trol group. People in both groups took serum uric acid test with the experimental method for determination of uric acid enzyme. Results The levels of serum uric acid in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group and there were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05） between the two groups. A- mong the observation group, the levels of serum uric acid for patients with complications were significantly higher than those without complications and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of serum uric acid can be used as the evidence for the diagnosis of hypertension and its complica- tions in elderly patients. |
