两种浓度缩宫素在孕晚期引产中的效果观察及护理

目的:探讨两种浓度缩宫素在孕晚期引产中的应用效果。方法:选择2009年1月~2012年12月在我院计划自然分娩的足月妊娠、有引产指征而无禁忌证的产妇224例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。两组均用输液泵调节缩宫素滴速,均从小剂量0.5%开始,观察组最高浓度2%,对照组最高浓度1%,由专人负责、常规调节速度。比较两组引产成功情况及总产程时间。结果:观察组引产成功率高于对照组(P0.05),总产程短于对照组(P0.05)。结论:使用缩宫素引产,由专人负责,严格调节浓度与速度,达到有效子宫收缩是引产成功的关键,能提高引产安全性,缩短引产时间。

Observation the effect and nursing of two different concentrations oxytocin in third trimester abortion

Objective： Observation the effect and nursing of two different concentrations oxytocin in third trimester abortion. Methods： From January 2009 to December 2012,224 cases of pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were used to adjust the speed of infusion pump with small dosage 0. 5%. Observation group was the highest concentration of 2%,the control group the highest concentration of 1%.Results： In the observation group,the success rate was higher than the control group,and the production process of the total labor was shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of oxytocin,strictly regulate the person responsible for the density and the speed,to achieve effective uterine contraction is the key to success,improve safety induction,and shorten delivery time.
