硝苯地平联合美托洛尔治疗社区高血压患者的效果分析

目的探讨硝苯地平联合美托洛尔治疗社区高血压患者的效果。方法选择2013年1月-2014年1月在宁波市北仑区霞浦街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的100例原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平联合美托洛尔治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血压水平和心率的变化及治疗总有效率。结果 2组患者治疗前血压水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后血压水平均有明显下降（P〈0.05）,且观察组血压水平较对照组降低更为明显（P〈0.05）;2组患者治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.74,P〈0.05）;2组患者治疗前心率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后2组患者心率均有不同程度升高,观察组治疗后心率与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,对照组治疗后心率较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05）,2组患者治疗后心率水平比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硝苯地平联合美托洛尔治疗社区高血压患者效果显著,能使患者血压和心率维持稳定,较单独使用硝苯地平效果好,可作为社区原发性高血压患者治疗的常用药。

An Analysis of the Effect of Nifedipine in Combination with Metoprolol on Treatment of the Community Hypertension Patients

Objective To discuss the effect of Nifedipine in combination with Metoprolol on the treatment of community hypertension patients.Method To select 100 cases of patients with essential hypertension treated by the Heath Service Center of Puxia Street Community,Beilun District,Ningbo from January 2013 to January2014,and divide them into Comparison Group and Observation Group at random.The former was treated with Nifedipine,and the latter was treated with Nifedipine in combination with Metoprolol.The level of blood pressure,the changes of heart rate,and the overall curing effectiveness of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The comparative differences of the levels of blood pressure of the two groups before treatment were statistically insignificant,and the levels of blood pressure of both groups were markedly lower after the treatment（P0.05）,while the decrease of the level of blood pressure of the Observation Group was more pronounced than that of the Comparison Group（P〈0.05）.The comparative differences in the overall curing effect of the two groups were statistically significant（χ^2=5.74,P〈0.05）.The comparative differences of heart rate of the two groups before treatment were statistically insignificant,and the heart rates of both groups increased with varied degrees after treatment.The difference in the heart rate of the Observation Group before and after treatment was statistically insignificant,while the heart rate of the Comparison Group after treatment saw a marked increase than before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The difference in heart rate level of the two groups after the treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treating community hypertension patients with Nifedipine in combination with Metoprolol is markedly effectual,can maintain stabilities in the patients＇blood pressure and heart rate,is better than the sole use of Nifedipine,and can be used as staple medications for the treatment of community patients with essential hypertension.
