新生儿留置胃管意外脱管的原因分析及护理对策

目的:分析新生儿胃管留置期间发生意外脱管的原因,提出相应的护理措施。方法:对2013年1~7月在我院新生儿内科、新生儿外科留置胃管的469例患儿进行观察,统计意外脱管发生率并分析脱管原因。结果:469例患儿中发生意外脱管58例,占12.37%。意外脱管主要原因:导管固定不妥,医护人员操作不当或责任心不强及患儿自身的原因。结论:对于留置胃管的患儿,护理过程中需要妥善固定胃管、有效约束患儿、规范护理操作流程、增强责任心等预防意外脱管的发生,保证患儿治疗安全。

Causative analysis of unplanned extubation of received gastric tube and its countermeasures in neonates

Objective： To evaluate the cause of unplanned extubation of received gastric tube in neonates,and to detect its countermeasures. Methods： Specimens were collected from 469 patients received gastric tube. The incidence of unplanned extubation was analyzed by statistics. Results： The results showed 58patients of all（ 12. 37%） detected unplanned extubation. The most reason of unplanned extubation included inadequate fixation for gastric tube,cause of medical staffs and patients. Conclusion： For patients of received gastric tube,the measures of prevent the happening of unplanned extubation included adequate fixation for gastric tube,effective constraint patients,standardize operation,and enhancing medical staffs the sense of responsibility and so on. It was to make sure effective treatments for patients.
