人性化护理干预在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用

目的观察在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中应用人性化护理干预的效果。方法随机将52例子宫肌瘤患者分为2组,对照组25例患者采用传统护理模式,观察组27例患者采用人性化护理模式。应用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）对2组患者的焦虑改善情况进行评估,同时对患者的舒适度和护理满意度进行比较。结果2组患者护理前后SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但护理后观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者舒适度以及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中应用人性化护理干预能够使患者的舒适度和护理满意度得到提高,同时还能够缓解患者的焦虑情绪。

The Application of Humane Nursing Intervention to Patients of the Laparoscopic Surgical Removal of Uterine Fibroid

Objective To observe the effect of the application of humane nursing intervention to patients of the laparoscopic surgical removal of uterine fibroid. Method To divide 52 patients of uterine fibroid into two groups at random, the comparison group with its 25 patients adopted the conventional nursing model, and the observation group of its 27 patients adopted the humane nursing model. Zung SAS was used to assess the state of the anxiety alleviation of the two groups, and to compare the degree of personal comfort and satisfaction with nursing of 25 patients. Results The comparative differences of SAS assessment of the two groups before and after nursing were statistically significant （P~0.05）, while the post-nursing SAS score of the observation group were markedly lower than those of the comparison group （P~0.05）, and the former＇s degree of com- fort and degree of satisfaction with nursing were markedly higher than those of the latter. The comparative differences of the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To apply humane nursing intervention to patients of the laparoscopic surgical removal of uterine fibroid improves the patients＇ sense of comfort and satisfaction with nursing and also helps to alleviate their anxiety.
