| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与EB病毒(EBV)感染的相关性。方法:采用标准ELISA和聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测117例未成年患者和153名正常对照的EBV感染情况。结果:116例患者和107名正常对照EBV-IgG阳性(P<0.001),患者和正常对照EBV-DNA阳性分别为32例和23例(P<0.02)。结论:EBV感染与SLE相关,EBV感染可能是SLE的病因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the correlation between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection and systemic lupus erythe-matosus(SLE).Methods:One hundred and seventeen under-age SLE patients and153matched controls were tested for evi-dence of previous infection with EBV by standardized enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays and PCR.Results:It was found that99%(116/117)of these patients had seroconverted against EBV,as compared with only70%(107/153)in controls(P<0.001).An assay for EBV-DNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes showed that EBV infection was100%(32/32)in the patients with SLE,while only72%(23/32)in matched controls(P<0.02).Conclusion:These results suggest that there is a relation-ship between EBV infection and SLE,and EBV infection may be an etiologic factor in SLE. |
