| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨急诊胃镜对上消化道出血病因诊断及病灶治疗的临床价值.方法]总结分析因上消化道出血行急诊胃镜检查治疗的70例临床资料.结果]本组急诊胃镜检查病变检出率100％,止血率98.57％ (69/70),内镜治疗的总有效率为96.97％( 32/33),病死率1.43％(1/70).出血主要病因依次为消化性溃疡,急性胃粘膜病变,贲门、胃及十二指肠恶性肿瘤,食管胃底静脉曲张,Mallory-Weiss综合征.结论]急诊胃镜检查和治疗是安全有效的,不仅有利于诊断,而且也是非常有效的治疗手段和措施.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the effects of emergent gastroscope on the diagnosis and prognosis of upper digestive tract hemorrhage.【Methods】The data of 70 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated by emergent gastroscopic examination were analyzed.【Results】The diagnostic rate of 70 cases was 100%,total effective rate was 96.97%（32/33）,hemostatic rate 98.57%（69/70） and,fatality rate 1.43%（1/70）.The causes of bleeding were ulcer,acute gastritis,malignant cancer of cardia and stomach,duodenum,esophagus varicosity,and Mallory-Weiss syndrome.【Conclusion】Emergency gastroscope examination and treatment is safe and effective. |
