创伤评分预警在烧伤合并多脏器损伤患者救护中的应用

[目的]探讨创伤评分在烧伤合并多脏器损伤患者救护中的应用效果.[方法]采用创伤评分对2008年6月-2010年5月我院收治的138例烧伤合并多脏器损伤患者进行伤情评估,并根据病情严重程度设置分级报警,进行救治.[结果]对治疗前患者进行创伤评分,评估伤情后再进行治疗,此138例患者治疗前创伤评分分值≥10分者53例；TS分值＜10分者85例.经过评分治疗后TS分值≥10分者93例,TS分值＜10分者45例,对治疗前后进行比较,结果有统计学差异(P＜0.05).[结论]创伤评分预警可为有效救治烧伤合并多脏器损伤患者赢得宝贵的抢救时间,为护理工作顺利开展创造了条件.

Application of trauma score in rescue and nursing care of bum patients with multiple organ injuries

[Objective] To explore the application of trauma score TS in rescue and nursing care of burn patient with multiple organ injuries. [Methods] A total of 138 cases of burn complicated with multiple organ injuries admitted from 2008 June to 2010 May in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were grade according to the trauma score, early warned and then giving treatment. [ Results] Among the 138 cases, The score before treatment were： TS≥ 10 53 cases, TS 〈 10 85 cases. After treatment, TS≥ 10 93 cases and TS 〈 10 45 cases. The difference was significant statistically （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusions] Trauma score early warning maybe effective for the treatment and nursing care of burn complicated by multiple organ injuries.
