| 摘 要： | 我国糖尿病发病率逐年增高,糖尿病足是其严重并发症之一。糖尿病足的治疗方法主要包括药物治疗,外科手术和介入治疗等。近年来介入治疗已经成为首选治疗方法。本文综述了目前糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床特点及治疗,介入治疗的进展及存在的问题等现状。

| Abstract: | The incidence of diabetes has been increasing with each passing year and diabetic foot has become one of the serious complications.The clinical therapies commonly employed for diabetic foot include medication,surgical procedure,interventional management,etc.Interventional management has become the treatment of first choice in dealing with diabetic foot in the recent years.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the current situation concerning interventional therapy of diabetic foot. |
