摘    要:目的]优化吴茱萸挥发油的提取工艺,提高挥发油的提取率.方法]水蒸气蒸馏法提取吴茱萸挥发油,利用4因素3水平(浸泡时间、加水量、蒸馏时间)L9(34)正交试验法对吴茱萸挥发油提取工艺进行优选,以挥发油得率为评价.结果]影响吴茱萸挥发油提取率的主次关系是浸泡时间>蒸馏时间>加水量,吴茱萸挥发油的最佳提取工艺为浸泡时间12h,加水量600ml,蒸馏时间8h.结论]此法能准确的选定吴茱萸挥发油提取工艺,且该工艺方法合理,挥发油的提取率高.

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Evodiae Fructus and improve the extraction rate of volatile oil. Method] The volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and the extract factors such as macerating time, the added amount of water, distillation time were optimized by orthogonal design with table L9(34) taking extraction rate of volatile oil as index. Result] The factor of macerating time was the most significant parameter for the process,and then distillation time, the added amount of water was the last one. The optimal extraction conditions of Volatile Oil from Evodiae Fructus were as follows : macerating for 12 h, the added amount of water was 600 mL and distillating for 8 h. Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of volatile oil was high, which is reliable to determine the extraction process of volatile oil from Evodiae Fructus.
