摘    要:目的]观察锌对睡眠剥夺(SD)大鼠大脑皮层及海马胆囊收缩素(CCK)的影响.方法]采用小平台水环境法建立大鼠SD模型.选用42只Wistar大鼠,将其随机分为7组,每组6只:正常笼养对照组(CC),SD 1d、2d、3d组(SD 1d、SD2d、SD 3d),补锌SD1d、2d、3d组(ZnSD1d、ZnSD2 d、ZnSD 3 d),补锌组于SD前3d开始喂以加Zn饲料(含5gZnSO/kg).用免疫组织化学法观察大脑皮层及海马CA1、CA3和齿状回(DG)CCK阳性神经元形态及数目的变化.结果]SD1d组大鼠皮层及海马CA1区CCK阳性神经元数目较CC组明显增多,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).而SD 2d和SD 3d组大鼠皮层及海马CA1区CCK阳性神经元数目较CC组明显减少(P<0.05).ZnSD组与对应天数SD组相比,皮层及海马CA1区CCK阳性神经元数目差异均具有显著性.各组CA3区及DG区CCK阳性神经元数目之间差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论]Zn能够对抗由于SD引起的大鼠大脑皮层及海马CA1区CCK受损.

Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of zinc(Zn)on cholecystokinin(CCK)in cortex hippocampus and dentate gyrus in sleep deprived SD rats indunced by.【Methods】A total of 42 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: Cage Control(CC);SD1 d,SD2 d and SD3 d;zinc supplied for 1,2,3 days group.There were 6 rats in each group.The number of CCK positive neurons in rats’brain cortex and hippocampal CA1,CA3 as well as dentate gyrus(DG)section at different time of zinc supplied were observed.【Results】 The number of CCK positive neurons in cortex and CA1 of SD1d group was much more than that in CC group(P < 0.05)。 CCK positive neurons in cortex were 9.5% and 14.4% more than that in SD2d and SD3d groups in CC group(P < 0.05).and in CA1 were 8.7% and 17.0%.【Conclusion】The results indicate that the learning and memory damage after SD may be caused by the decrease of CCK in cortex and hippocampal CA1.
