有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术矫正屈光不正性弱视的疗效分析

目的]观察评估屈光不正性弱视患者行有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术后的临床疗效.方法]筛查2007年8月-2009年10月在我院行有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术的屈光不正性弱视患者127人186眼,屈光度均≥-10D,眼部无明显影响视觉质量的器质性病变,术前最佳矫正视力均≤0.8.统计分析术后1、3、6、12、24m的视力情况及屈光状态.结果]术后97.85％患者裸眼远视力等于或大于术前最佳矫正视力.结论]有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术能有效的矫治弱视患者的屈光不正.此外,对弱视患者的诊断应当充分考虑矫正方式不同对最佳矫正视力的影响.

Analysis on the therapeutic effect posterior chamber intraocular phakic lens implantation for the correction of ametroic amblyopia

Objective] To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of correcting ametroic amblyopia with posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation. Method] A total of 186 eyes of 127 patients received posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation from August of 2007 to October of 2009 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients＇ dioptre ≥-10D, with no significant were analyzed pathological change in visual quality and all with corrective visual acuity ≤0.8. Eyesight and refractive status were analyzed 1 m, 3 m, 6 m, 12 m, 24 m postoperatively. Result] 97.85% patients＇ UCDVA postopertively were equal to or higher than the preopertion BCVA. Conclution ] Posterior chamber, phakie intraocular lens implantation can effectively correct ametropia of amblyopia patients .In addition, the influence on BCVA from different ways of correcting should be fully considered in the treatment of amblyopia.
