聚髌器结合可吸收缝线环扎治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效分析

摘    要:【目的】探讨镍钛记忆合金聚髌器结合可吸收缝线环扎法及克氏针+钢丝环扎法治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。【方法】采用动态随机化原则,对124例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者采用克氏针+钢丝环扎法和可吸收缝线环扎结合镍钛记忆合金聚髌器进行复位和固定,评估和分析其临床疗效。【结果】124例患者均获得随访,时间12~23月,平均15月。2种治疗方法术后6月时优良率分别为74.6%(50/67)和73.7%(42/57),术后12月时两疗法的优良率分别为85.1%(57/67)和89.5%(51/57)。组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】两种内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折均可获得满意疗效,但镍钛记忆合金聚髌器结合可吸收缝线环扎治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,具有操作方便、损伤小,功能恢复好的特点,是一种较克氏针+钢丝环扎法更理想的治疗方法,尤其对严重髌骨粉碎性骨折的治疗体现出较好的优越性。

Abstract: Objective ] To discuss and analyze the clinical therapentic effect of two kinds of internal fixation method for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture. Methods] A total of 124 patients with comminuted patellar fracture were treated with NT-PC + absorbable suture or Kirscher+wire cerelage randomly. Results] All 124 patients were followed up for 15 months on average (12- 23months). At 6 months after operation the rate of excellent and good were 74.6% (50/67)and 73.7% (42/57) respectively, and were 85.1%(57/67) and 89.5(51/57) at 12 months after operation. Conclusions] Both methods have the same satisfying efficiency in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture. In addition, the treatment with NT-PC or absorbable suture was proved to be good and it has achievd more satisfying treatment especially in treating serious comminuted patellar fracture.
