复方甘草酸固体分散剂中甘草酸苷的测定

摘    要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草酸固体分散剂中的甘草酸苷含量的新方法.[方法]采用Vercopak (ODS-3:4.6 mm×150 mm,5μ)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L-H3PO4水溶液(38:62),柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长249nm.[结果]甘草酸苷39.8~199μg/ml的范围呈良好线性,相关系数为R2=0.9996,平均加样回收率为98.99%,RSD为0.98%.[结论]该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于复方甘草酸胶囊(固体分散剂)的甘草酸苷含量测定.

Abstract:【Objective】To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Stronger Neo Minophagen C.【Methods】Vercopak column(ODS-3:4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm)was used,the column temperature is 30℃,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H3PO4(38:62),flow rate 1.0 ml/min and detective wavelength 249 nm.【Results】Glycyrrhizic acid glycoside was proved to be linear in the range of 39.8~199 μg/ml,with a regression coefficient of 0.9996.The recovery was 98.99%(RSD=0.98%).【Conclusion】The method in this study is reliable accurate and reduplicable and could be used in the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid glycoside in this preparation.
