血清FA、VitB12与Hcy联合检测在脑梗死患者诊治中的意义

【目的】探讨脑梗死患者血清叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(VitB12)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平之间的关系。【方法】应用全自动化学发光免疫法测定147例脑梗死患者血清叶酸、维生素B12水平,采用循环酶法测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平。【结果】脑梗死患者血清叶酸水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),维生素B12水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血清Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】联合检测血清FA、VitB12、Hcy,可作为早期预防和治疗的指标,可有效降低脑梗死的发生及复发。

Role of joint detection of serum folic acid, vitamin B12 and homocysteine in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction

Objective]To Study on serum folic acid（FA）, vitamin B,2 （VitB,2） and homocysteine （Hcy） levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods] Automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to determine serum FA and vitamin B12 levels and enzymatic cycling method to determine the Hcy level in 147 cases of cerebral infarction patients. Results] Cerebral infarction patients with serum FA level was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01） vitamin B12 level was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）serum but Hcy level was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions ] Joint monitoring FA, VitB12 and Hcy may be used as a parameter for early prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction, and may reduce the onset and recurrence of the disease.
