| 摘 要： | 目的 建立护理干预体系，确保高危药物使用安全。方法 成立高危药物管理小组，确立高危药物种类，分析高危药物不安全事件发生原因，建立知识培训、环境物质管理及使用中4个层次防护干预体系。结果 应用护理干预前、后高危药物护理不良事件发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 有效的护理干预可避免不安全事件发生，确保用药安全，有效提升高危药物管理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a nursing intervention system for high-alert medicines and to ensure patients’safety.Methods A management team was established,the categories of high-alert medicines defined,the main causes of unexpected errors analyzed,and knowledge intervention,environment intervention and four-level intervention were implemented.Results The nursing quality of high-alert medications was improved after interventions(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of nursing interventions to high-alert medications can ensure nursing safety and improve the management quality of hight-alert medications. |
