摘    要:本文回顾了近十年来,国内外学者对能够影响全瓷修复体-牙本质的粘结强度的各种因素的研究进展,并进行了分析和归纳。分类阐述了影响全瓷修复体-牙本质的粘结强度的多种因素,包括:牙本质粘结剂的种类、全瓷修复材料与粘结剂和粘结技术的配伍、瓷表面处理技术和粘结操作等;以及如何利用各种因素来提高全瓷修复体的粘结强度。临床医生在应用全瓷修复体-牙本质粘结技术时,应根据不同系统陶瓷材料性质,选用与之配套的牙本质粘结剂;并根据不同的陶瓷特性,进行相应的粘结前瓷表面的处理,如:喷砂、酸蚀、激光蚀刻、涂布硅烷偶联剂、硅涂层或多种联合应用等;且在粘结操作时要注意适当的粘结层厚度和光照强度,尽量避免边缘微渗漏。

Abstract:The progress on various affecting factors of all-ceramic restorations bond strength with dentin in the literature at home and abroad in the last decade, were reviewed. The various impact factors of all-ceramic restorations-dentin bond strength, including: the type of dentin bonding agents, the compatibility of dentin adhesives and bonding technology with all-ceramic restoration materials, ceramic surface treatments and bonding operations; and how to use these factors to improve the bonding strength were described. In the application of all-ceramic restoration-dentin bonding technology, clinicians should based on different types of all-ceramic restorations to select the appropriate adhesive; and according to the characteristics of various ceramics, to implement the corresponding surface treatment before bonding, including sandblasting, etching, laser etching, silane coupling agent coating or silicon coating. And when bonding operation, attention should pay to the thickness of adhesive layer and light intensity, and try to avoid the marginal microleakage.
