胃癌超声造影增强强度和微血管密度的相关性研究

【目的】探讨胃癌超声造影的增强强度和肿瘤微血管密度的相关性。【方法】选取住院手术并有病理明确诊断的46例胃癌患者作为研究对象。术前进行超声造影检查,应用声学定量软件绘制胃癌组织和癌旁正常胃组织的时间强度曲线,定量分析造影增强强度,术后病理标本应用抗CD34免疫组化法检测肿瘤的微血管密度,分析胃癌组织的超声造影增强强度和微血管密度的相关性。【结果】46例胃癌组织的增强强度高于癌旁正常胃组织(P<0.01),胃癌组织的MVD高于癌旁正常胃组织(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。胃癌组织的增强强度和微血管密度呈线性正相关(r=0.88,P<0.01)。【结论】胃癌组织的增强强度和微血管密度呈线性正相关,术前胃癌超声造影可以评价新生血管生成和生物学行为。

The relationship between contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic enhanced intensity and microvessel density of gastric cancer

Objective] To investigate the relationship between contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic （CEUS）enhanced intensity （EI） and microvessel density （MVD）of gastric cancer. Methods] A total of fourty-six patients with gastric cancer proved by pathologial examination were examined by CEUS and enrolled in this study. The parameters of time-intensity curve （TIC）, which including peak intensity （PI）, basal intensity （BI） of gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa tissues were analyzed. Then the EI （EI=PI-BI）was calculated. The tissue slices of lesions were histopathological examinaed by using anti-factor CD34 markers and to evaluate the MVD. The correlation of EI and MVD for lesions was analyzed. Results ] The EI in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues （P 〈 0.01 ）. The MVD in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissue （P 〈 0.01）.There was a positive linear correlation between EI and MVD in gastric cancer tissues （r = 0.88, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion ] Comparing MVD with EI of patients with gastric cancer, there is positive correlation, pre-operative CEUS may be used in assessing angiogenesis and biological behavior of gastric cancer.
