四种手术方式治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效分析

目的:探讨四种手术方式治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:回顾性分析130例高血压脑出血患者,根据不同病情分别采取微创锥颅血肿腔置管引流术、脑室穿刺外引流术、普通开颅血肿清除术、显微开颅手术等手术方式。结果:130例高血压脑出血中,基本治愈40例,占30.8%;显著进步13例,占10%;进步24例,占18.5%;无变化或恶化20例,占15.4%;死亡33例,占25.4%;显效率40.8%,总有效率59.2%。结论:根据病情选择合适的术式能提高高血压脑出血的手术疗效,显微开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效更好。

Outcomes of four operative approaches to treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To assess the curative effects of treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by four different procedures.Methods:The results were retrospectively analyzed in 130 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage treated with procedures of minimally invasive subdural/burr hole drainage,external ventricular puncture and drainage,conventional craniotomy and microscopic craniotomy.Results:Of the total 130 cases,40 were cured on the whole(30.8%),13 in obvious progress(10%),24 were improved(18.5%),20 remained unchanged or worsen(15.4%) and 33 were dead(25.4%).Marked improvement accounted for 40.8%,and total effective rate was 59.2%.Conclusion:Selection of the surgical technique accommodable to patient′s condition can make efficacious outcomes,whereas microscopic craniotomy appears preferable for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
