透明质酸钠在玻璃体切割术中的应用

目的:探讨透明质酸钠在玻璃体切割术中的辅助应用。方法:回顾分析42例(44眼)玻璃体混浊并增殖膜形成的患者的手术过程、术中及术后并发症。结果:42例(44眼)术中无1例大出血,医源性视网膜裂孔2眼(4.55%),35眼(79.55%)彻底清除增殖膜。38眼(86.36%)术后两周最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)较术前提高,40眼(90.91%)视网膜得到解剖复位。结论:在玻璃体切割术中,应用透明质酸钠可使增殖膜的剥除更安全有效,减少术中出血和医源性裂孔。

Application of sodium hyaluronate to vitrectomy

Objective:To assess the auxiliary application of sodium hyaluronate injection to vitrectomy.Methods:Forty-two patients(44 eyes) with vitreous opacity associated with massive proliferative membrane were reviewed regarding the surgical procedures and intra-and postoperative complications.Results:No serious hemorrhage occurred in the total 42 cases(44 eyes),though iatrogenic retinal tear in 2 eyes(4.55%).Proliferative membranes were totally removed in 35 eyes(79.55%),and best-corrected visual acuity two weeks after the procedure was seen in 38 eyes(86.36%) and 40 eyes(90.91%) obtained anatomical retinal reattachment.Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate can be auxiliary and safe use for proliferative membrane removal in vitrectomy,thus preventing intraoperative bleeding and iatrogenic retinal tears during the surgery.
