高校贫困大学生的身心健康状况调查

目的:调查贫困大学生的身心健康状况,为提高大学生健康状况提供科学依据。方法:对某高校1 645名大学生进行入学健康体检和心理健康测量,其中大一贫困生234名,大一非贫困生684名,大三贫困生232名,大三非贫困生495名。心理健康测量采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:①在大一年级健康体检中,贫困生心电图异常一项检出率高于非贫困生(P<0.05)。②大三贫困生躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑4项得分高于大一贫困生(P<0.05)。结论:学校有关部门应加强针对贫困生的身心健康干预措施,以维护贫困生的身心健康。

Investigation on the physical and mental health status in poverty-stricken college students

Objective:To investigate the physical and mental health status in poverty-stricken college students for scientific evidence to improve the physical and mental health levels in this group.Methods: Entrance medical examination and measurement of the mental health were conducted in 1 645 students from certain higher institution.Included in this study were 234 poverty-stricken freshmen and 684 with normal living freshmen,232 poverty-stricken juniors and 495 with normal living supply.Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) was used to measure the mental health.Results:①Medical examination showed that the poverty-stricken freshmen had a higher incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram than their counterparts(P<0.05).②The poverty-stricken juniors scored higher on items of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety as compared with the freshman counterparts(P<0.05).Conclusion:School authorities should give more attention to the poverty-stricken college students by psychological interventions to improve their physical and mental health levels.
