联合帕罗西汀治疗伴有抑郁的功能性消化不良临床疗效分析

目的:观察帕罗西汀对伴有抑郁的功能性消化不良的辅助治疗作用。方法:64例伴有抑郁的功能性消化不良患者随机分成研究组32例及对照组32例,研究组在对照组内科常规治疗基础上加用帕罗西汀,比较两组治疗前、治疗2周及4周时GSRS和HAMD评分。结果:研究组与对照组比较,GSRS评分及HAMD评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周末,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:帕罗西汀可有效改善消化不良患者症状及精神状态。

Therapeutic effect of the conventional therapy plus paroxetine on the functional dyspepsia secondary to depression

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of combined conventional therapy with paroxetine for functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods: Sixty-four patients with FD were randomly allocated to conventional therapy group(n=32) and the conventional therapy plus paroxetine(n=32).The two groups were observed in the total score of Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before the treatment,after two weeks and by the 4th week of therapy,respectively.Results: The two groups were statistically different in scores of GSRS and HAMD(P<0.05),and the difference was significant by the end the 4th week after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: Conventional therapy plus paroxetine can improve the symptoms and effectively control the depressive disorder and anxiety for patients with FD secondary to depression.
