青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房的原因分析及处理体会

目的:探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房形成的原因及处理。方法:对298例314眼青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房的45眼病例资料进行回顾分析。结果:314眼小梁切除术后有45眼发生浅前房,发生率为14.3%。浅前房的主要原因为:滤过过强26眼(57.8%),结膜瓣渗漏8眼(17.8%),脉络膜脱离9眼(20%)和恶性青光眼2眼(4.4%)。结论:青光眼术后浅前房是一种常见并发症,针对其发生原因采取相应的处理可以预防或避免浅前房的发生。

Causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery

Objective:To investigate the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods:A total of 298 glaucoma patients underwent trabeculectomy,and the causes of shallow anterior chamber were reviewed in 45 eyes out of total 314.Results:Postoperatively,shallow anterior chamber occurred in 45 of the total 314 eyes(14.3%),and the causes were associated with excessive filtrations(26 eyes,57.8%),conjunctival flap leakages(8 eyes,17.8%),choroidal detachments(9 eyes,4.4%) and malignant glaucoma(2,4.4%).Most shallow anterior chambers were effectively improved after appropriate treatment.Conclusion:Shallow anterior chamber is a usual complication after trabeculectomy,yet,it can be avoided or improved if reasonable measures have been effectively taken.
