卵巢交界性肿瘤中b-FGF的表达及其与微血管密度的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤(borderline ovar-ian tumors,BOTs)组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fi-broblast growth factor,b-FGF/FGF-2)表达及其与微血管密度(microvascular density,MVD)的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测57例BOTs组织中b-FGF的表达水平,并与17例正常卵巢组织、25例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤、31例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中b-FGF的表达水平进行比较,并检测BOTs组织中CD34的表达。结果:b-FGF在BOTs中的阳性表达率为54.4%,而正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤及恶性上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为11.8%、24.0%和77.4%。与BOTs相比,卵巢癌组织中b-FGF蛋白的阳性表达率明显升高,良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达率下降,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。正常卵巢组织与良性卵巢肿瘤中b-FGF的表达,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。b-FGF阳性表达BOTs组织中的MVD高于阴性表达BOTs组织中的MVD(P<0.01)。b-FGF的表达与BOTs组织学类型、临床病理分期、腹腔种植和患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:b-FGF可能参与BOTs新生血管形成,在BOTs的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,对其进行检测,有助于BOTs的早期诊断、治疗,为判断BOTs的预后提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the correlation of the basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF) expression with microvascular density(MVD) in borderline ovarian tumors(BOTs).Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the b-FGF expression in 57 cases of BOTs,17 normal ovarian tissues,25 benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 31malignant epithelial ovarian tumors besides CD34 levels in BOTs,for comparison of the level variation.Results:b-FGF protein was positively expressed in 54.4% of the BOTs,11.8% in normal ovarian tissues,24.0% in benign epithelial ovarian neoplasm and 77.4% in epithelial ovarian malignancies,respectively.As compared with the levels in BOTs,b-FGF expression was upgraded significantly in malignant cases while down-regulated in benign cases and normal ovarian tissues,which had significant statistical difference(P<0.05),yet,there was no significant difference between the normal ovarian tissues and benign cases(P>0.05).MVD was greater in positively expressed b-FGF than that of negative one(P<0.01).Additionally,b-FGF expression had no relation with the histological type and clinicopathological staging of BOTs,presence of abdominal cavity implantation metastasis and patients′ ages(P>0.05).Conclusion:b-FGF may be involved in the neovascularization of BOTs,and thus plays a momentous role in the tumorigenesis and development,for which detection of the b-FGF can contribute to early diagnosis and treatment as well as estimation of the prognosis of BOTs.
