氟比洛芬酯对妇科患者术后疼痛及血糖的影响

目的:观察氟比洛芬酯对妇科患者术后镇痛及血糖的影响。方法:45例妇科子宫肌瘤患者随机分为3组,每组15例,术中均采用腰-硬膜外联合麻醉。A组于手术开始前15 min缓慢静脉滴氟比洛芬脂注射液1 mg/kg,B组于术毕缓慢静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液1 mg/kg,C组不给药;观察术前、术始、术毕、术后各时点的血糖变化,采用10 cm的视觉模拟量表(VAS)进行疼痛评价,观察记录术后1、6、12、24 h的VAS评分和不良反应。结果:术后各时点A、B组的VAS评分均明显低于C组(P<0.05)。A组术后1、6 h的VAS评分低于B组(P<0.05);术后12、24 h VAS评分A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术毕至术后各时点C组血糖水平明显高于A、B组(P<0.05),而A、B组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B组均无不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论:术前或术后应用氟比洛芬酯于妇科手术可以安全、有效缓解术后疼痛,未发生明显不良反应。

Effects of flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative pain and blood glucose level in patients undergoing gynecological surgery

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative patients undergone gynecological surgery.Methods:Forty-five patients with uterine fibroids were randomized into 3 groupsn=15 for each)and intraoperatively given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.Group A received intravenous drip of flurbiprofen axetil 1 mg/kg prior to the operation at lower speed,whereas group B were managed by intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 1 mg/kg right after the operation,and group C was blank(control).All patients were observe concerning the changes of blood glucose levels at time points of preoperation,commencement of the procedure,right after the procedure and postoperation.Visual Analogue Scales(VAS) was used to evaluate the pain at postoperative 1,6,12,and 24 h,respectively,and adverse effects.Results:Postoperative VAS scores in group A and B were significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05).VAS scores were lower in group A than group B at postoperative 1 and 6 h(P<0.05),whereas there was no difference between group A and B at postoperative 12 and 24 h(P>0.05).Higher glucose levels were seen in group C right after the procedure and after operation as compared with group A and B(P<0.05),yet group A and B suggested no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).No adverse events occurred in group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil can be effective and safe analgesia before and after operation for pain relief in gynecological surgery and produces much less side effects as well.
