皖南地区225例无精子症及严重少精子症患者的细胞遗传学分析

目的:研究无精子症及严重少精子症患者与染色体异常之间的关系。方法:对225例无精子症及严重少精子症患者抽取外周血进行淋巴细胞培养、常规G显带、核型分析。结果:共检出染色体异常核型64例,异常率28.44%。其中性染色体异常39例(包括2例性反转),占异常率的60.94%;常染色体结构异常4例,占异常率6.25%;染色体多态性变异21例,占异常率32.81%。结论:染色体异常是导致无精子症及严重少精子症的重要因素之一,对无精子症及严重少精子症患者行染色体检查是十分必要的。

Cytogenetic causation of azoospermia and severe oligospermia in 225 patients from south Anhui areas

Objective: To investigate the relationship between chromosome abnormality disorders and azoospermia and severe oligospermia.Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 225 men with azoospermia and severe oligospermia and karyotyped on the peripheral blood lymphocytes by Giemsa banding.Results: Sixty-four abnormal chromosomal karyotypes were detected in 225 patients(28.44%),in which sex chromosome abnormalities were seen in 39(including 2 cases of sex reversal)(39/64;60.94%),euchromosome abnormalities in 4(4/64;6.25%) and chromosome polymorphism in 21(21/64;32.81%).Conclusion: The findings suggest that chromosomal abnormalities are causative factors of azoospermia and severe oligospermia,therefore,genetic testing should be offered to the men with azoospermia and severe oligospermia.
