127例稽留流产与解脲支原体和衣原体感染的相关性研究

目的:了解稽留流产与解脲支原体和衣原体感染的相关性。方法:对127例稽留流产患者的宫颈管分泌物进行解脲支原体和衣原体的检测,同期86例正常早孕妇女作为对照。结果:127例稽留流产患者中解脲支原体阳性72例,检出率为56.7%;86例正常早孕妇女中UU阳性26例,检出率为30.2%,两组有显著统计学差异(P<0.001)。研究组和对照组中无1例衣原体感染。结论:解脲支原体感染是稽留流产的病因之一,临床应加强检测和治疗。

Correlation investigation on the missed abortion and infections of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis in 127 cases

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the infections of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and incomplete abortion.Methods:The endocervical secretions were detected in 127 women with incomplete abortion for the UU and CT and another 86 of normal early pregnancies were recruited as controls.Results:The UU was detected in 72 of the 127 women(56.7%) and 26 of the 86 control subjects(30.2%).No CT was detected in either group,and the two groups were statistically different(P<0.001).Conclusion:Infections of UU appears responsible for the missed abortion in women living in Anqing city,for which the patients should be subjected to close clinical monitoring and immediate intervention.
