乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白在肝外胆管癌及癌旁胆管组织中的表达和意义

目的 探讨肝外胆管癌组织中乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）X蛋白（HBx)的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法对71例肝外胆管癌和39例癌旁胆管组织中的HBx表达进行检测。并与临床病理资料进行相关分析。结果 71例肝外胆管癌组织中HBx表达阳性率为75%（53/71）；而39例癌旁胆管组织中的HBx表达阳性率仅为26%（10/39），且阳性信号全部见于伴有不典型增生的胆管上皮细胞内，统计学分析显示胆管癌组织中HBx表达和分布与临床病理参数无相关性。结论 肝外胆管癌组织中有HBx的高表达，后者极有可能参与胆管癌的病理发生发展过程。

The expression and significance of hepatitis B virus X protein in extrahepatic bile duct carcinomas and the surrounding non-cancerous tissues

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx) in the tissues of extrahepatic bile duct carcinomas.Methods The expression of HBx was detected in the formalin fixed paraffin embedded specimens of 71 cases of bile duct carcinomas and 39 cases of surrounding non cancerous tissues by Streptavidin Peroxidase immunohistochemical staining. The correlation was analyzd statistically between HBx expression and clinicopathological parameters in 71 cases of bile duct carcinomas.Results 53 of 71 malignant specimens had detectable HBx expression and the positive rate was 75%, but only 10 of 39 (26%) non cancerous surrounding tissues had weak HBx expression, and all these positive signals were found in the hyperplastic bile epithelia. No significant correlation was established between expression and distribution of HBx and clinicopathological parameters.Conclusion There is high frequency of HBx expression in extrahepatic bile duct carcinomas and the expression of HBx may play an important role in the pathogenesis of bile duct carcinomas.
